Emma Baugh, a Utah Valley-bound senior at Highland High, won the girls 1,600-meter crown in 5:01.22 in the Division 1 final at the Arizona Interscholastic Association state championship meet at Red Mountain High in Mesa. Baugh also finished fifth in the 800 final in 2:19.46.
